Terms and Conditions
Welcome to InboxBooster.io (“Service”), owned and operated by Swwift Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using the Service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Service for your own business.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the software without written consent.
This license is valid for one brand unless otherwise approved in writing.
2. Payments & Refunds
Purchases are a one-time, upfront payment.
All sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly covered under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 9).
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate brand and contact information during onboarding.
Grant necessary access (e.g., Klaviyo) for audits and optimization.
Ensure your email practices comply with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Use the Service in good faith, without abuse or misrepresentation.
4. Deliverability Disclaimer
InboxBooster.io optimizes for improved inbox placement. However:
Results vary depending on your sending practices, list quality, domain reputation, and technical setup.
We do not guarantee specific improvements in open rates, click rates, or revenue, outside of the guarantee terms in Section 9.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Swwift Media LLC.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swwift Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Service without refund if you:
Breach these Terms,
Misuse the software, or
Engage in unlawful activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State of LLC Registration], without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
9.1 Guarantee Overview
We guarantee improved inbox placement within 14 calendar days of onboarding completion. If fewer than 4 out of your last 5 emails are landing in the Gmail Primary tab, and your open rates have not improved by at least 5%, you may request a full refund of your onboarding fee. All technical improvements remain yours.
9.2 Guarantee Conditions
To qualify, the following must be met:
Onboarding, warm-up, and technical setup fully completed.
At least 5 email campaigns sent within the 14-day guarantee period.
Client grants provider ESP (Klaviyo) access during the guarantee period.
Email content must comply with best practices and avoid known spam triggers (we provide guidance).
No unresolved technical issues exist on your end (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
9.3 Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply if:
You use blacklisted domains or unverified email lists.
You fail to implement our recommendations in good faith.
You misuse inbox tools or fail to complete setup on time.
The service is used for cold outreach or list monetization, unless otherwise stated in writing.
9.4 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to jordan@swwiftmedia.com within 14 calendar days of onboarding completion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
9.5 Non-Waiver
This guarantee does not override or replace any other section of these Terms. Swwift Media LLC reserves the right to decline ineligible requests at its sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
